Welcome, I’m Karolina — the founder of Diamonds Destination Weddings and a certified Destination Wedding Planner. I specialize in creating unforgettable weddings across the Caribbean Islands and Mexico, helping couples celebrate their love with ease, beauty, and meaning. At Diamonds, my mission is to bring together flawless planning, trusted expertise, and heartfelt creativity. Every couple’s story is unique, and I’m here to ensure your wedding day is a true reflection of you — beautifully planned, stress-free, and unforgettable.
Throughout my career, I’ve been nominated for the Ottawa Wedding Awards and the Faces Magazine Awards, and I’m honoured to have received the Global Piton Award from the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority. My work has been featured in Elegant Wedding Magazine, Wedding Bells Magazine, MOD Wedding, and Destination I Do, and I’ve had the joy of sharing my expertise as a guest on the Aisle Seat podcast.
I’ve built strong partnerships with luxury resort brands such as Sandals, Hard Rock Hotels, Karisma, UNICO 2087, and Nobu, as well as meaningful connections with tourism authorities throughout the Caribbean Islands and Mexico. Each year, I attend destination wedding conferences and participate in familiarization trips to stay current with the latest trends, venues, and experiences — knowledge I pass directly to my couples as we design their perfect day.
I am a Certified Destination Wedding Planner with years of experience, Sandals Certified Specialist, WOW Specialist, and IATA Certified Travel Agent. But, most importantly, I will always provide my clients with the best service I can possibly deliver - your wedding is my passion! In my experience, I am so grateful to be able to have connected with my clients on so many levels. I am your friend, your confidant, your assistant, your travel agent, and your wedding planner... and sometimes I can be that person you can vent to if anything is getting stressful.
